any Service/s to re-supplying the goods or services
which gave rise to the loss or paying the cost of that
re-supply to the amount of not more than 50% of the
total amount quoted and agreed upon by the client.

Hong Kong Internet Marketing Company may hold
information about you such as your name, contact details,
information for identification purposes, credit card
or bank account details and information to help us to
assess your credit application where relevant. Hong
Kong Internet Marketing Company will also hold information
relating to the provision of the service and information
provided by you in connection with the Agreement or
the service.
Hong Kong Internet Marketing Company will not
freely disclose, sell, lend, lease, trade or reveal
any of your personal details including but not limited
to, your email address, your personal or financial details.
Hong Kong Internet Marketing Company will only
release details only in accordance with any Hong Kong
or International law, which ever has the greater juristriction.

to you for any loss and damage you may suffer or incur
